Our sole and official website is https://oregonamhara.org/. Any other website claiming affiliation or resemblance to our organization is not sanctioned by us and should be approached with caution.

We urge you to spread this message within your circles—inform your friends and family that the aforementioned website, and only that, is the legitimate online platform representing the Amhara Association of Oregon. Until further notice, we kindly request that no online donations be made through any other source claiming association with our organization.

We are diligently working to activate the online donation and membership processes on our official website. However, until these systems are fully operational, we advise refraining from any online transactions purportedly linked to our association.

AAO meeting

The Amhara Association has been actively engaged in various activities since its establishment. In order to enhance its effectiveness, a comprehensive election of general members was conducted for the first time on October 23, 2023. Following the announcement of the elected leaders by the Electoral Committee, the new management convened its inaugural meeting on October 28, 203, to discuss leadership allocation. All leaders unanimously agreed that an in-person meeting was crucial, leading to the decision to hold the meeting on November 04, 2023. During this session, each leader presented their leadership experience and perspectives on the Amhara issue.
